Flat Roof Repair

The roof’s sides were lower, creating areas where water pooled and eventually seeped through, leading to damage.

A ramp was created to prevent water from pooling and to further funnel the water towards the drains.

The existing roof was aged and heavily damaged with multiple leaks. The project involved a complete removal of the old roof followed by the installation of a brand-new roofing system. The process, shown above, includes the application of a weather-resistant layer to ensure durability and protection before adding the final roofing layer.
Shingle Replacement
Before
The roof had missing and damaged shingles caused by a recent windstorm. Repairs were necessary to prevent further damage.
After
The remaining damaged shingles were removed, and new shingles were installed, backed by a 5-year labor warranty for peace of mind.
